What to expect
1. Risk Assessment + Risk Score
The way to prioritise security gaps is to first establish a baseline. Once you have completed the survey, one of our cyber security practitioners will use the data to identify and evaluate the risk scenarios relevant to your organisation's current security systems, processes, and technology based on key industry frameworks and certifications, such as NIST CSF and Cyber Essentials.
2. Risk Register
The assessment findings will then be aggregated and prioritised into an intuitive, live risk register split into 4 categories; Identify, Protect, Detect & Respond, Recover. Each category gives you critical information such as risk score, change impact, risk score, and tailored recommendations to improve your organisation's security posture and reduce cyber risk.
3. Recommendations Report
Our team will produce two reports; the first outlining key findings in an executive board report highlighting stats, figures and trends, and the second is a recommendations report so you know exactly where to focus resources, budget and effort. All reports are brand-specific to your organisation and designed to be digested by all stakeholders with clear visuals to quantify and visualise risk.
